Olive, who has studied the salaries of trainees in a number of jobs and industries, has provided guidance that helps organizations determine the most appropriate salary for their vacant positions. Each sector and position differs from the other, but the rate is estimated at about 3000 dirhams in small and medium-sized companies and 4000 dirhams in multinational companies.
He continued, “The goal of applying for a training job or accepting one is not to get paid in return, but rather by creating an integrated experience that allows the trainees to get to know more about the nature of the work environment, and of course this is an essential part of the experience.”
In addition, the persistence of attracting new and skilled graduates in training programs reduces costs and plays a role in providing funds for companies.
“The initial costs related to visa fees, medical examination and insurance do not apply to the trainees. Through a program of education and skills development, companies can guarantee a tributary to the company’s loyal employees.
